مفهوم فن التصميم

يهدف فن التصميم إلى خلق أشياء جذابة للعين، وعلى الرغم من اختلاف غرض كل منتج فني، إلا أنَّ غالبية الأشخاص الذين يعملون في فن التصميم يميلون إلى مزج المهارات العملية والمواهب مع بعضها البعض بهدف استخدام اللون والمساحة والشكل بأفضل صورة ممكنة

مجالات فن التصميم

يشمل فن التصميم مجموعة من المجالات المتخصصة مثل الرسم، والتصوير، وفن العمارة، والرسوم المتحركة، وبشكلٍ عام يميل الفنان والمصمم والحرفي إلى اتخاذ مسار وظيفي يناسب شغفه، ويطور أسلوبه الفردي، ثمَّ يعرضه ويبيعه كخطوة أخيرة، كما يُمكن لمصممي الجرافيك العمل في مجالات متنوعة مثل تصميم الكتب، وتصميم مواقع الإنترنت، وتصميم المغلفات الخاصة بالأغذية والمشروبات، وكذلك لن يكون لعوالم الهندسة والبناء أي مكان بدون اللجوء إلى مهارات التصميم الفني الخاص بالمهندسين المعماريين، ومصممي المناظر الطبيعية وغيرهم.

عناصر فن التصميم

يعتمد فن التصميم على مجموعة من العناصر، ومن أهمها:

الخطوط: يُمكن أن تكون الخطوط أفقية أو عمودية، أو متقطعة أو متعرجة بشكلٍ منحني، أو مستقيمة، أو قطرية، كما يُمكن أن تكون فاتحة اللون أو غامقة.

الأشكال: تنتج الأشكال في التصميم عن طريق اتصال الخطوط، ومن الأشكال التي تنتج المربع، والدائرة، والمثلث. الألوان: يتم وصف الألوان بالكمية والقيمة والكثافة.

الفراغ: يُشير الفراغ إلى المساحة التي يشغلها الشكل والخلفية. الملمس: الملمس هو عبارة عن نوعية سطح المادة المستخدمة للتصميم.

بعض معدات فن التصميم تُستخدم مجموعة من الأدوات الخاصة بفن التصميم،

ومنها المواد الجافة مثل أقلام الرصاص، والفحم، والطباشير الملونة، وأقلام الشمع.

المواد الرطبة مثل الحبر، وأقلام الماركر، والدهانات. أدوات تطبيق المواد الرطبة والجافة مثل فرشاة الرسم أو الدهن، ولوحة الألوان.

أدوات السطوح مثل الورق، والقماش، والخشب، والبلاستيك، والزجاج، وطاولة الرسم.

أدوات النحت والانتاج الثلاثي مثل الطين، والجص، والأقمشة، والرمال، والأوراق.

المعدات الرقمية مثل جهاز الحاسوب، وبرامج الرسم والتصميم المختلفة. الموهبة وفن التصميم يعتقد أساتذة التصميم العالميين أنّ الموهبة في الفن والتصميم ليست مختلفة عن الموهبة في الرياضيات أو العلوم الطبيعية الأخرى، ويؤكدون أن الفن ينطوي على استخدام متكامل للعقل، واليدين، والقلب، والجسم، ويحتاج إلى عمل شاق، وبحث، وتفكير على مستوى عالٍ، وتقبّل للأفكار المختلفة.

Caption Formatting

There are three elements to each caption: title, description and credit . Both the title and description can be styled with different typefaces and colors using the Style Editor. Styles are applied on the article level. Within each article, individual captions may be formatted with small, medium, large or extra-large font sizes. The typeface and color of the credit can be customized, but the size remains fixed.
The four following examples show variations in title and description sizes.

Vertical Positioning

You can place a caption in one of five vertical positions in relation to a media element. A caption can be above, below or superimposed on an image at its top, bottom or center.
Each element of the caption (title, description, and credit) can be in any one of those five spots. So you could have a title above the image, the description superimposed at the top and the credit below, if you wished. If no position is defined for an element, it defaults to below the image.

Horizontal Positioning

You can also place a caption in one of three horizontal positions in relation to a media element. A caption can be aligned to the left, right or center.
If no horizontal position is defined for an element, it defaults to the left.
